Our Story

Diazza was founded by Tim Dugan in Santa Barbara, California. As founder and curator, Tim personally reviews prospective brands against Diazza's sourcing, craftsmanship, and ethical production standards before they are considered for inclusion.

While exploring independent brands and artisan communities around the world, Tim repeatedly encountered exceptional makers producing world-class work that rarely reached a broader audience. From weaving cooperatives in East Africa and heritage craft communities in Madagascar to sustainable studios in Bali and independent designers in California, the same challenge appeared again and again: remarkable craftsmanship with limited visibility.

Diazza was created to help bridge that gap.

Today, Diazza serves as a curated destination for artisan luxury goods, connecting discerning customers with makers whose work reflects exceptional skill, responsible production, and enduring design.

We offer fast, reliable shipping on all orders. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $8.95
• FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $100

PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME:
• Standard: 5-7 business days after shipment
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package anytime using the link provided.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS:
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your SUSU bag or accessory, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
• Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase required

HOW TO RETURN:
Contact us at orders@diazza.com to initiate a return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES:
Need a different color or style? We're happy to help! Contact us at orders@diazza.com and we'll arrange an exchange for you.

EXCLUSIONS:
• Sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
