Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Diazza purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return Just reach out to us at orders@diazza.com and we'll take it from there! We'll provide you with a return shipping label and a return address (issued per order via RMA). Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we won't be able to accept them.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away — we'll make it right!
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items A few items can't be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. Not sure about your item? Just ask — we're happy to help!
Exchanges The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take a little extra time to post it.
