Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.95.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page anytime.

Do you ship internationally?
Please contact us at orders@diazza.com for international shipping inquiries.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.

How do I start a return?
Email us at orders@diazza.com and we'll send you a return shipping label and RMA instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Can I exchange an item?
The quickest way to exchange is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Are sale items returnable?
No — sale, discounted, and custom/personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What materials are your products made from?
Each brand in our curated collection has its own materials story — from premium leather in our SUSU handbags to ethically sourced goods from Powered by People, handcrafted accessories from BrunnaCo, and quality essentials from Italic. Full material details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my leather bag?
Keep leather away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Use a leather conditioner every few months to maintain suppleness. Store in the dust bag provided when not in use.

Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. All Diazza products are sourced directly from our brand partners and are 100% authentic.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information.
