RETURNS
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we
can't offer you a refund or exchange. But our main focus is to make our
customers thrilled with their purchase, we'd love to hear your thoughts
if anything happened to the items sent to you and will do our best to
find the best solution. Please email us on hellobrunna.co@gmail.com to
consult regarding refunds & returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging. Please pack the item gently and carefully. Please note that
if the item is broken, damaged, squeezed and used, we will not be able
to process your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify
you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within a certain amount of days.
3. EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

For an exchange of the purchased items with our other items, customer will be
responsible for the return and re-shipping fee. If there any price
differences between the items, we will send invoice for the additional
price. A $3 handling fee will be added to the invoice on all qualified
exchange.
4. GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to
you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the
returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had
the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a
refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
Customers will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the
item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the
cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If a fragile piece arrives damaged, please send a picture within 24 hours
of receiving to hellobrunna.co@gmail.com. We will either send you a new
piece or refund your money, whichever is preferred.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer USPS International Shipping (10-15 days) and USPS Express
International Shipping (3-5 days). We will occassionally upgrade your
shipping service for smaller items depending on the size and weight.
Buyer is responsible for additional customs and import duties. Please
contact us at hellobrunna.co@gmail.com to consult about your shipping
options & upgrades.
STOLEN/ MISSING PACKAGES POLICY
We
promise to ship your order and inform you of a way to track your
delivery in a timely manner. However, we will not be held responsible in
the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing
after the carrier marks it as shipped.
If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the
customer to file the appropriate claims with USPS/FedEx or UPS and file a
police report if necessary. We will not issue refunds or replacements
once the package is marked as delivered by the courier. When this
happens, you can let us know by emailing us to hellobrunna.co@gmail.com
and we'd be happy to assist you to resolve the issue.

Return and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges once for unused, unworn bags with original tags and packaging attached within 21 days of your purchase.
Contact us via kelly@shopsusu.com or phone at 310-980-5178, mention your order number and we will email you a prepaid USPS exchange or return shipping label to the email address you provide in your order. Please then ship your bag back with the original box by giving it to the mailman or dropping it off at the post office without needing to wait in line or at the window. We will ship another bag or refund you within 48 hours of receiving your bag Monday to Friday.
Important Limitations:
We do not accept exchanges for items shipped outside of the United States
We do not accept exchanges or offer services if you did not purchase on our site susuhandbags.com or our store in Santa Monica, CA
We do not accept exchanges or/and cancelations (when an order is on its way to you) more than once within 21 days
Exchanges
We will replace defective or damaged items due to an error on our part (but not a small thread or a tiny scrubbable dry glue), and we will cover the shipping.
